- Overall thinness of blade enables user to more easily get under a broken piece of slate for repair purposes, without damaging nearby pieces of slate
- Polished blade end offers 1/8" radius area where nail is hooked on either side to prevent stress fracture of steel
- Fully beveled semi-circle at front end of blade provides for easy location of stubborn nails for removal purposes.
